The user can change the recipient of the item right before checking it out of the mailroom
Follow the steps below to change recipient:
On the Main Screen of the app, tap on the Recipient whose item is to be checked out.
Select the Item being checked out and tap on Pick Up.
- In the Pick Up screen, tap on the icon to change the recipient.
- Select the recipient you want to assign the item to and acquire signature to Check Out the item.
