Can I change the recipient of the item?

The user can change the recipient of the item right before checking it out of the mailroom

Follow the steps below to change recipient: 

  1. On the Main Screen of the app, tap on the Recipient whose item is to be checked out. 

  2. Select the Item being checked out and tap on Pick Up.

  3. In the Pick Up screen, tap on the Swap icon to change the recipient.
  4. Select the recipient you want to assign the item to and acquire signature to Check Out the item.
