Accessing information of packages received via Mailroom through Shipd app
Mailroom and Shipd automatically sync package information for accounts with same email. To see package information on Shipd app, follow the below steps:
- Login to your Shipd app
- On homepage tap on Track
- Search for the package in the list below
- Tap on the package and complete information will open
- For additional options regarding the package, tap on the two dots in the top right corner
