This guide details the process of using the mobile app's inter-office delivery feature to send a package on behalf of someone else to a recipient located within the same office or building.
Steps to Create an Inter-Office Delivery:
- Navigate to the 'Checkout' tab.
- Choose the appropriate sending recipient from the list.
- Tap the '+' icon on the screen to add a new item or delivery.
- Select 'Inter-Office Delivery' from this list.
- Tap on the 'To' field.
- From the list of locations, select the same location that you are currently associated with. This ensures the delivery is routed internally within your current site.
- Tap on the name of the person you wish to send the package to.
- Review all the details of the delivery (e.g., package description, special instructions).
- Tap the 'Notify' button.
Upon successful completion, the inter-office delivery request will be processed, and the selected recipient will typically receive a notification about the incoming package.
