How to Create an Inter-Office Delivery Within the Same Location (Mobile App)

This guide details the process of using the mobile app's inter-office delivery feature to send a package on behalf of someone else to a recipient located within the same office or building.

Steps to Create an Inter-Office Delivery:

  • Navigate to the 'Checkout' tab.
  • Choose the appropriate sending recipient from the list.
  • Tap the '+' icon on the screen to add a new item or delivery.
  • Select 'Inter-Office Delivery' from this list.
  • Tap on the 'To' field.
  • From the list of locations, select the same location that you are currently associated with. This ensures the delivery is routed internally within your current site.
  • Tap on the name of the person you wish to send the package to.
  • Review all the details of the delivery (e.g., package description, special instructions).
  • Tap the 'Notify' button.

Upon successful completion, the inter-office delivery request will be processed, and the selected recipient will typically receive a notification about the incoming package.
