This guide explains how to access the Connect Portal using your organization's Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication, streamlining your login process with your existing company credentials.
Steps to Log In via SSO:- Open your web browser and go to the URL for the Connect Portal (link provided in the email notification).
- On the Connect Portal login page, enter your full ADNOC email address.
- After entering your email, the system will typically redirect you to your organization's SSO login page (e.g., Microsoft, Okta, etc.).
- Follow the prompts on this page to complete your organization's authentication process. This might involve entering your password, a multi-factor authentication (MFA) code, or using a biometric scan.
- Once your organizational SSO authentication is successful, you will automatically be redirected back to the PackageX Connect Portal.
Upon successful redirection, you will be logged into the Connect Portal and can access your dashboard and features.
