How to Share Connect Portal Access with Another Recipient

This guide explains how a recipient (Recipient A) can invite another recipient (Recipient B) to view and act on their packages within the Connect Portal. This feature is useful for delegating package management or for team collaboration.

Steps to Share Connect Portal Access:
  • Open your web browser and go to the URL for the Connect Portal (link provided in the email notification).
  • Log in as Recipient A using your credentials.
  • Click on your 'Profile Icon', and select 'Invite Recipient'.
  • In the search bar provided, enter the email address of the user you want to invite (Recipient B).
  • As you type, a dropdown list of matching users may appear. Select the correct recipient (Recipient B) from this dropdown list.
  • Click the 'Send Invite' button. An invitation email will be sent to Recipient B.
  • Recipient B must open the invitation email and follow the instructions to accept the invite.

Upon Recipient B accepting the invitation, they will gain the ability to view Recipient A's packages and can perform actions on them, depending on the permissions granted by the system.
