      How to turn on Shake feature?

      The Shake feature is used to send a ticket to the PackageX Mailroom support. You can turn On the Shake feature from the Side Menu of the App.

      Follow the below steps:

      1. Go into the Side Menu of the app by tapping on the profile icon on the top left corner of the screen.
      2. Tap on Settings.
      3. Tap on the switch icon right next to 'Turn on Shake' to turn On/Off Shake feature.
      4. Now you can shake your device to submit a ticket while using the Mailroom app.
