PackageX Mailroom customer support can be contacted through the side menu of the app by submitting an in-app ticket

Follow the steps below:

  1. Move into the Side menu of the app by tapping on the Profile icon.  
  2. Tap on Support.
  3. Fill in the text fields and submit your request. A representative will get in touch with you to offer assistance.
