What is an Activity Log and how can I view these logs?

Activity Logs allow you to view and edit recent changes made by PackageX Receive users from the Web Dashboard.

To access activity logs, please follow the steps provided below:

1. Click on 'Activity Logs' from the side menu of the Web Dashboard.

2. Here you have a list of all recent activity and changes made by users. 

3. Click on 'Revert' to reset any changes made recently. (For example, if an alternate name has been incorrectly added for a recipient, clicking on 'Revert' will remove that alternate name.)

Note: Any changes made after an item has been notified for a recipient will not reflect on that item. The item will have to be re-routed or re-scanned by the user accordingly.
