You can use this feature to route all replies to a focused email address for when a recipient replies to an item notification email. You can add the reply-to address by going to the building section of the web dashboard.
Follow the steps below:
- Go into the Buildings section of the web dashboard.
- Tap on the building for which you would like to add a reply-to address.
- Insert the email on which you would like to receive any replies made by Recipients on their email notifications,
- Tap on Save Building to save the changes.
