Adding Recipients Manually

You can add recipients individually through the app or via the web dashboard.

Add Recipients through the App:

Follow the steps below: 

  1. On the 'Pickup' section of the app, click on the '+' icon on the top right corner.
  2. Enter recipient details, Full Name and Email are mandatory while you can also update other fields and link the recipient to a Group if you wish to.
  3. Tap on 'Done' to add the recipient.


Add Recipients from the Web Dashboard:

Follow the steps below: 

  1. Click on 'Recipients' from the side menu of the Web Dashboard.
  2. Click on the 'Add' button at the top right corner of the screen.
  3. From the drop-down menu, click on 'Recipient'.
  4. Add the recipient information. The 'Name' and 'Email Address' are mandatory fields. The rest are optional.
  5. Click on 'Save Recipient' on the top right to add the new recipient.
