Add User

A user can add more users from the PackageX Mailroom web dashboard.

Add User:

A user can add new users from the Users section in the web dashboard.

Follow the steps below: 

  1. Go to the web browser and login to the Web Dashboard.
  2. Tap on the Users section from the Side Menu.
  3. Tap on Add User and fill out all the required details.
  4. Tap on Save User to complete the process. 

Once you tap on save user; an email containing a one-time password along with training material will be sent to the user's email address. Moreover, the user will be able to sign in and create his own password using the OTP. 



1. The user with 'Operator' level access can not add/delete any user account.

2. A user (say a Manager level) can not add/delete another user with the same access level i.e Manager. 

3. A user can only add/delete a user account of access level lower than his. A Manager can only add/delete an Operator
