If an item label that is scanned does not contain a tracking number, the user can auto-generate a tracking number for that item.
Auto-Generate Tracking Number:
The Tracking number can be auto-generated from the Item Details section.
Follow the steps below:
- From the main screen of the app, tap on
button. - Scan the Item Label.
- Move to the Complete tab from the Pending Scans section.
- Tap on the item to edit Item Details.
- Tap on the Barcode Symbol and click on Generate.
- An auto-generated tracking number will be assigned to the item.
