If you run into any problem or wish to submit functionality feedbacks while using the app, you can submit a support ticket to PackageX Customer Support by going into the app settings.
To contact Customer Support, follow the steps provided below:
1. From the 'Check Out' section of the app, tap on the button at the top left.
2. From the 'Settings' page, tap on 'Help & Support'.
3. Fill out the required details in the pop-up menu. Once filled, tap on 'Continue' to submit a ticket. You can also add a screenshot image of the screen where you are facing the issue by tapping on the 'Add from Gallery' button.
Once the ticket is submitted, a representative from PackageX Support will reach out to you shortly.
