If a recipient is already present in the mailroom, the user can scan an item instantly and get it picked on the spot.
Direct Pickup:
If a recipient is already present at the front desk, the user can check out the item directly from the pending section without having to notify the recipient.
Follow the steps below:
- From the main screen of the app, tap on
button. - Scan the Item label.
- Move into the Complete tab on the Pending Scans section.
- Select the Item and tap on the Pick Up option.
- Acquire member's signature to Check Out the item.
