After scanning an item label, if you want to change the scan type, you can do it from the app.
If you realize that the item label you just scanned was not an Inbound item but you have scanned in the Inbound mode then you can quickly change it to 'Outbound' by clicking on the 'Item Type' field.
Follow the steps below:
- From the Pending section of the app, go to the Item Details.
- Tap on the Item Type field and switch the item type as required.
The Item Type can't be changed once an item is notified. It can only be changed before notifying an item to a recipient.
