How can Recipients access Connect Portal?

'Connect Portal' is a feature that allows the recipients of a building to remotely request further actions on their packages, such as 'Scan and Send', 'Forward', 'Hold', 'Destroy', ‘Mark as Collected’, ‘Delivery’ or ‘Pickup’.

Recipients can access 'Connect Portal' features by following these steps:

  • In the notification email received by the recipient, click on the 'Click Here' button.
  • The recipient will then receive a separate email titled 'Your PackageX Receive Magic Link Request', which contains a link to access your Receive Portal.
  • Recipients can access their Receive portal by clicking on the magic link in their inbox.
