How can Recipients access Connect Portal?

‘Connect Portal' is a feature that allows the recipients of a building to remotely request further actions on their packages, such as 'Scan and Send', 'Forward', 'Hold', or 'Destroy'.

Recipients can access 'Connect Portal' features by following these steps:

  • In the notification email received by the recipient, click on the 'Click Here' button.

  • The recipient will then receive a separate email titled 'Your PackageX Receive Magic Link Request', which contains a link to access your Receive Portal.
