‘Connect Portal' is a feature that allows the recipients of a building to remotely request further actions on their packages, such as 'Scan and Send', 'Forward', 'Hold', 'Destroy', ‘Mark as Collected’, ‘Delivery’ or ‘Pickup’.
Users/Admins can access the features of 'Connect Portal' by following these steps:

Click on 'Click Here' in the notification email received by the recipient.
- This link will redirect them to the PackageX Receive Dashboard, where users can log in using their credentials.
- Users can access 'Connect Portal' from the side menu of the Receive Dashboard.
