How do I check the analytics at my location?

You can view the analytics of overall scanning activity in your building from the dashboard module available on our web dashboard.

The analytics of the overall scanning activity in your building can be checked by going to the web dashboard. It provides a variety of analytics which have been mentioned in detail below.


Note: First of all, select the time period of your choice by tapping on the calendar icon available in the top right corner and clicking on apply.

Once you have selected your desired location and time range; stats for that particular time range will start reflecting on the dashboard and you will be able to view the following insights. 

Scan Trends

This section highlights how many items were 'Scanned’, ‘Notified’, or ‘Picked Up’ during a specific time period.

Currently Held Items
This section highlights the statuses of items that are currently held in the mailroom i.e., overdue, holding, and scanned items.

Note: Overdue Items (red) are ones that have been scanned and notified by the user but haven’t been collected by the recipient for 10 days or longer. Holding items (yellow) are ones that have been recently scanned and notified by the user but are yet to be picked up by the recipient.

Carrier Breakdown

This section allows you to view the count of items coming into your building from different couriers. In addition, it helps you identify which carrier is dropping most packages in your facility.

Item Labels
This section provides additional insights regarding the item labels i.e., ‘confidential’ and ‘fragile’ etc. that are mentioned on the package label.


Scanning Activity Analytics
This section highlights the entire breakdown of the scanning activity in your building i.e., complete scans and scan issues, etc.

Location by Location Delivery Trends
This visual highlights the hourly trend for the scanning activity taking place in your building. You can use these insights to figure out the busiest hours in your mailroom in order to allocate your mailroom staff accordingly.

These two sections highlight the locations that have received the most items and the least items.
