You can add a reply-to address by going to the 'Locations' section of the PackageX Web Dashboard.
A reply-to address will route any responses by your recipients to package notification emails directly to the email provided in that section.
To add a reply-to address, follow the steps provided below:
1. Click on 'Locations' from the side menu of the web dashboard.
2. Select the location for which you wish to add a reply-to address.
3. Type in your desired email address in the 'Reply-to' address field in the 'About' section.
4. Click on 'Save'.
5. Click on 'Save Changes' at the top right.
