How can I change the 'Item Type'?

After scanning an item label, if you want to change the scan type, you can do it from the app.

If you accidentally scanned an 'inbound' item in the 'outbound' mode, then you can quickly change it to 'Inbound' by clicking on the 'Item Type' field from the item details. 


Note: The 'Item Type' cannot be changed once an item is notified.
