How can I change the 'Scan Type'?

After scanning an item label, if you want to change the scan type, you can do it from the app.

If you accidentally scanned an 'Inbound' item in the 'Scan Outbound' mode, then you can quickly change it to 'Inbound' by clicking on the 'Scan Type' field from the item details.

Note: The 'Scan Type' cannot be changed once an item is notified.
