Recipients can request PackageX Receive users to destroy their packages after being notified about them.
To destroy a package, follow the steps provided below:
1. Go to the 'Items' section of the app and select the item requested to be destroyed. All items with 'Destroy' requests will be marked with a red 'Destroy' tag in the 'Items' section of the app.
2. Tap on the item you wish to destroy to view its item details.
3. Tap on 'Destroy'.
4. Tap on 'Destroy' on the pop-up menu to confirm.
5. The recipient will be notified that their item has been destroyed. The Mailroom user can now proceed to destroy the item as per the recipient's instructions.
