You can edit any User's details such as their Name, Role, and Building information they are linked to from the web dashboard.
Follow the below steps:
- Go into the Users section of the web dashboard.
- Tap on the name whose user details you would like to change.
- You can change the name, role, and building information of the User. But you cannot change the User email.
- Once done, tap on Save User.
Note:
1. The user with 'Operator' level access can not modify any user account.
2. A user (say a Manager) can not edit another user with the same access level i.e Manager.
3. A user can only edit the details of the user whose access level is less than his.
