You can export your item data, which includes details like the name of the recipient to whom the item was assigned, its courier, tracking number, and more, by going into the 'Items' section of the web dashboard.
To extract your item data CSV, follow the steps provided below:
1. Click on 'Items' from the side menu of the web dashboard.
2. Select the date range for which you require the item data by clicking on the 
button.
3. Click on the 
button located at the top right of the screen.
4. Click on 'Download CSV' to download your item data CSV.
