How to Forward a package received via Mailroom through my Track app?

Accessing information of packages received via Mailroom through Track app

Follow the below mentioned steps to Foward your package at Mailroom through Track app:

  1. Login to your Track app
  2. On homepage tap on Track 
  3. Search for the package in the list below
  4. Tap on the intended package 
  5. Tap on the two dots in the top right corner a menu will pop up
  6. Tap on Forward
  7. Type in the details for forwarding the package

After following these steps, a request will be sent to Mailroom to Forward the package.
