Generate a ticket for issues encountered while using the app or providing general feedback
Follow the below steps to generate a ticket on app:

Tap on the two dashes in the top left corner to access Settings
- Tap on Support
- Select a Category for the type of ticket
- Type in Subject
- Type in the issue or feedback in the Description box
- Attach images or screenshots by tapping on the paper clip icon.
- Tap on Submit Request
A confirmation message will be received on the primary or alternate email and the customer service representative will reach out to you at earliest.
