You can sync your company's directory and transfer your recipient .CSV files to PackageX from the web dashboard. Linking your company's directory with PackageX enables you to use the SSO (single sign-on) feature.
To link your company directory with PackageX Receive, follow the steps provided below:
1. Click on 'Settings' from the side menu of the web dashboard and then click on 'File Transfer'.
2. On the 'Setup SFTP' screen, you can upload your public SSH Key.
Note: Do not upload or share your private SSH key.
3. Once you have uploaded your public SSH key, you can either Merge or Overwrite it before saving.
Note: Merging will simply create/update any recipients found in the file whereas overwriting will only create/update recipients found in the file and deactivate recipients not found in the file.
4. You can set up your recipient directory and SSO features using Azure or OKTA integrations. You can also configure SSO features with a custom provider. Please find links to detailed step-by-step guides for each integration below respectively.
