You can link your company's directory with Mailroom from the web dashboard. Linking your company's directory with Mailroom allows you to use the SSO (single sign-on) feature.
To link your company directory with Mailroom, follow the steps provided below:
Step 1: Click on 'Settings' from the side menu of the web dashboard and then click on 'Company Management'.
Step 2: From the 'Company Management' page, click on 'SSO & Directory Integration'.
Step 3: On the 'SSO & Directory Integration' page, select your business directory from the dropdown menu, add your identifier entity and return URLs. Once done, click on 'Save'.
Step 4: Fill out the required fields and then turn on the toggle next to 'Directory Integration' to enable sync with your company's directory.
Once the directory is integrated, you will see a green message under the 'SSO & Directory Integration' option on the 'Company Management' page.
