How do I set up SSO directory?

You can link your company's directory with PackageX Receive from the web dashboard. Linking your company's directory with PackageX Receive allows you to use the SSO (single sign-on) feature.

To link your company directory with PackageX Receive, follow the steps provided below:

1. Click on 'Settings' from the side menu of the web dashboard and then click on 'Company Management'.


2. From the 'Company Management' page, click on 'SSO & Directory Integration'.

3. On the 'SSO & Directory Integration' page, select your business directory from the dropdown menu, add your identifier entity and return URLs. Once done, click on 'Save'.

4. Fill out the required fields and then turn on the toggle On next to 'Directory Integration' to enable sync with your company's directory.

Once the directory is integrated, you will see a green message under the 'SSO & Directory Integration' option on the 'Company Management' page.
