If there are any items that were scanned but not notified, you can view and notify them from the 'Pending Items' section of the PackageX Receive Dashboard.
To notify the pending items from the dashboard, follow these steps:
- Click on 'Pending Items' in the side menu of the dashboard.
- Click on the image icon of the item you wish to notify from the dashboard.
- In the pop-up, you can update multiple fields such as tracking number, PO number, select item location, labels, notes, upload image, and update the recipient.
- Once all the information is verified, click on the 'Notify' button to notify the recipient.
