Recipients can be sent a reminder to pick up their items from the app once every 24 hours.
To send reminders to a recipient, follow the steps provided below:
1. Tap on a recipient from the 'Check Out' section of the app to move into the item list.
2. Tap on 'Select' and choose the items for which you need to send reminders.
3. Tap on the button next to the 'Pickup' button to view options for the selected items.
4. Tap on 'Send Reminders'.
A reminder email will be sent out to the recipient for all the packages that are waiting for them in the mailroom.
