Accessing information of packages received via Mailroom through Shipd app
Follow the below mentioned steps to Discard/Destroy package received via Mailroom:
- Login to your Shipd app
- On homepage tap on Track
- Search for the package in the list below
- Tap on the intended package
- Tap on the two dots in the top right corner a menu will pop up
- Tap on Destroy
After following these steps, a request will be sent to Mailroom to destroy the package received either via through a shredder or third party burn bag.
