How to request to Hold package received via Mailroom through Shipd app?

Accessing information of packages received via Mailroom through Shipd app

Follow the below mentioned steps to Hold your package at Mailroom through Shipd app:


  1. Login to your Shipd app
  2. On the homepage tap on Track 
  3. Search for the package in the list below
  4. Tap on the intended package 
  5. Tap on the two dots in the top right corner a menu will pop up
  6. Tap on Hold
After following these steps, a request will be sent to Mailroom to Hold the package.
