You can revert the status of ‘Collected’ ‘Delivered’ and ‘Discarded’ packages through the ‘Items’ section of the Web Dashboard.
To revert the status of an item, please follow these steps:
- Click on 'Items' from the side menu of the dashboard, and then select an item to view its details.
- Click on blue ‘Revert Status’ button on the top.
- Select ‘Revert Status’ on the pop-up to confirm that you want to revert the status of this item.
