How to revert the 'Item Status'?

You can revert the status of ‘Collected’ ‘Delivered’ and ‘Discarded’ packages through the ‘Items’ section of the Web Dashboard.

To revert the status of an item, please follow these steps:

 

  • Click on 'Items' from the side menu of the dashboard, and then select an item to view its details.
  • Click on blue ‘Revert Status’ button on the top.
  • Select ‘Revert Status’ on the pop-up to confirm that you want to revert the status of this item.
