You can Scan and Send items to your recipients using the Mailroom app.
Once a recipient has requested a 'scan and send' for an item, follow the steps provided below:
Step 1: Go to the 'Items' section of the app. All items that have 'Scan and Send' requests will be marked with a blue 'Scan & Send' tag.
Step 2: Tap on the item which needs to be scanned and sent.
Step 3: Tap on 'Scan & Send' at the bottom.
Step 4: Scan the desired documents and tap on the icon once done to review your scans.
Step 5: Once done, tap on 'Complete' to finish and send the scans to the recipient.
