You can set automated reminders for recipients for their pending items by going into the building section of the web dashboard.
Follow the steps below:
- Go into the Building section of the web dashboard.
- Tap on the building you wish to set the auto reminders for.
- Scroll down to the Reminder Frequency view and edit the reminder window as per your preference.
- Once your done, tap on Save.
- Make sure that the Preferences for reminders are also switched On.
- Scroll back up and tap on Save Building to finalize the changes.
