Accessing information of packages received via Mailroom through Shipd app
Follow the below mentioned steps to share tracking information through Shipd app:
- Login to your Shipd app
- On homepage tap on Track
- Search for the package in the list below
- Tap on the intended package
- Tap on the two dots in the top right corner a menu will pop up
- Tap on Share Tracking Information
After following these steps, a menu will open showing list of compatible apps through which tracking information can be shared.
Alternative way of sharing the tracking information is as below:
- Login to your Shipd app
- On homepage tap on Track
- Search for the package in the list below
- Tap on the intended package
- Tap on the copy icon [two pages] appearing next to tracking number in the top section.
After following these steps, the tracking information will be copied to the phone clipboard, which can now be shared through other apps such as messenger, chat or email apps.
