You can view the Item details from the app or the web dashboard. Let's start with the web dashboard first.
Follow the steps below:
- Go into the Items section of the web dashboard.
- Tap on the photo right next to the name to open the Item details.
Now, coming to the app.
Follow the steps below:
- Go into the Pickup section of the App.
- Tap on any recipient or search for one using the search bar.
- Tap on the item you wish to view the details of.
