You can view a snapshot of the entire journey of an item once it is scanned from the Mailroom App. Item history is available on the Web Dashboard.
History of Actions:
Follow the steps below:
- From the Items section of the web dashboard, click on any item.
- The item's details will show up. From here, click on History to view the entire history of the item in the mailroom.
