I  have accidentally notified an incorrect recipient of an item. Is there any way I can fix this?

The user can always reroute an item to the correct recipient if it is assigned to an incorrect recipient.

Reroute Flow:

Follow the steps below: 

  1. Tap on the Recipient who has incorrectly been assigned the item.

  2. Select the Item to be Rerouted.

  3. Tap on the image-1 icon next to the recipient's name.
  4. Choose the Correct Recipient and the item will be Rerouted to that recipient.
