The user can always reroute an item to the correct recipient if it is assigned to an incorrect recipient.
Follow the steps below:
Tap on the Recipient who has incorrectly been assigned the item.
Select the Item to be Rerouted.
- Tap on the icon next to the recipient's name.
- Choose the Correct Recipient and the item will be Rerouted to that recipient.
