You can link any Recipient to a list of existing Groups in your building through the Web Dashboard or the App. Let's start with the App first.
Follow the steps below:
- Tap on any Recipient that is not linked with a Group already.
- Go into the Recipient Details tab.
- Tap on the Recipient.
- Tap on Edit.
- Tap on Link to Group.
- Search for the Group you want to link the recipient with and tap on it.
- Finally, tap on Done to save the recipient details.
Coming to the Web Dashboard now:
Follow the steps below:
- Go into the Recipients section of the web dashboard
- Tap on any Recipient that is not linked with a Group already.
- Search for the Group in the search bar and press enter.
- Once the Group appears, tick on the box right next to it.
- Finally, tap on Save Recipient.
