'Receive Connect' is a feature that allows the recipients of a building to remotely request further actions on their packages, such as 'Scan and Send', 'Forward', 'Hold', or 'Destroy'.
You can access 'Receive Connect' features by following these steps:
1. Go into the 'Locations' section from the side menu of the web dashboard.
2. Click on the building for which you want to access Receive Connect options. You can also search for the building by clicking on the 
icon next to the 'Name' column.
3. Scroll down to the 'Receive Connect' pane and enable the toggles 
for 'Destroy', 'Forward', 'Hold', or 'Scan and Send' actions.
If you wish to forward an item, you will have to confirm the carriers.
Note: You can also add new titles for the action by typing the name of the action in the 'Title' field and clicking on 'Add New'.
