How to update Receive Connect options?

‘Connect Portal' is a feature that allows the recipients of a building to remotely request further actions on their packages, such as 'Scan and Send', 'Forward', 'Hold', 'Destroy', ‘Mark as Collected’, ‘Delivery’ or ‘Pickup’.

You can access 'Receive Connect' features by following these steps:

1. Go into the 'Locations' section from the side menu of the web dashboard.

2. Click on the building for which you want to access Receive Connect options. You can also search for the building by clicking on the search1 icon next to the 'Name' column.

3. Scroll down to the 'Receive Connect' pane and enable the toggles On for 'Destroy', 'Forward', 'Hold', 'Scan and Send', ‘Mark as Collected’, ‘Delivery’ or ‘Pickup’.


Note
: You can also add new titles for the action by typing the name of the action in the 'Title' field and clicking on 'Add New'.
