How to use Virtual Mailroom?

'Mailroom Connect' is a feature that allows the recipients of a building to remotely request further actions on their packages, such as 'Scan and Send', 'Forward', 'Hold', or 'Destroy'.

You can access 'Mailroom Connect' features by following these steps:

Step 1: Go into the 'Locations' section from the side menu of the web dashboard.


Step 2: Click on the building for which you want to access Mailroom Connect options. You can also search for the building by clicking on the search1 icon next to the 'Name' column.

Step 3: Scroll down to 'Mailroom Connect' and enable the toggles On for 'Destroy', 'Forward', 'Hold', or 'Scan and Send' actions.

 If you wish to forward an item, you will have to confirm the carriers. 


Note: You can also add new titles for the action by clicking on 'Add New'.
