You can access all the CTA request notifications from the notifications center on both, app and the web dashboard.
On Dashboard:
Follow the steps below:
- Go to the Web dashboard.
- Click the
icon on the top right corner of the screen. - You can also click on the
icon from the left panel of the dashboard. - Clicking on the notification will open the relevant package details screen.
On App:
Follow the steps below:
- Tap on the
icon on the top right corner of the screen. - Tapping on any notification will open the relevant package details.
Note:
Only a user with 'Operator' level access can view the notifications center.
