You can set notification preferences for your recipients to be notified by either 'Email', 'SMS', or 'Whatsapp'.
To set up notification preferences, follow the steps given below:
Step 1: Click on 'Locations' from the side menu of the web dashboard.
Step 2: Choose the building for which you need to set up notification preferences.
Step 3: From the building information section, scroll down to the 'Notification Preferences' panel and select the box through which you wish to notify your recipients for 'New Items', 'Reminders', and 'Picked Up' items.
Step 4: Once done, click on 'Save' to finish setting up notification preferences.
Note: 'SMS' and 'WhatsApp' notifications may be subject to your selected plan.
