In cases where the original recipient is not present in the building, an alternate recipient can also pick up the item on behalf of that recipient.
Follow the steps below:

Move to the Pick Up section of the app.

Tap on the recipient's name to move into his list of items.

Tap on Select to choose the items that you want to Check Out.
- Tap on the Recipient Name to choose an alternate recipient for checking out the item.
- Acquire the recipient's Signature or tap on the Camera icon to check out the item through an image.
The original recipient, as well as the alternate recipient, will both receive an email notification once the item has been picked up.
