Rerouting Items

If an item is matched to an incorrect recipient, the user can assign the item to the correct recipient by rerouting the item.

Rerouting an Item:

The item can be rerouted from the item details.

Follow the steps below: 

  1. Tap on the recipient whose item you want to be rerouted.

  2. Select the item that needs to be rerouted.

  3. Tap on the image-1 icon next to the recipient's name.
  4. Choose the recipient you want the item rerouted to.
  5. Tap on 'Yes' to confirm rerouting of the item.
