Refund for label

Get refund for the label generated

Follow the below steps to apply for a refund:

  1. Click on the Label / Shipment generated in the Outbound section
  2. Click on two dots in the top right corner
  3. Select Request Refund from the menu
  4. Click on delete label to start the refund process.

Please, note that it takes up to 15 days to complete a refund process. Refund requests can only be initiated for labels that haven’t been shipped.
