Get refund for the label generated
Follow the below steps to apply for a refund:
- Click on the Label / Shipment generated in the Outbound section
- Click on two dots in the top right corner
- Select Request Refund from the menu
- Click on delete label to start the refund process.
Please, note that it takes up to 15 days to complete a refund process. Refund requests can only be initiated for labels that haven’t been shipped.
