Accessing information of packages received via Mailroom through the Shipd app
Follow the steps below to request Scan & Send feature:
- Login to your Shipd app
- On the homepage tap on Track
- Search for the package in the list below
- Tap on the intended package
- Tap on the two dots in the top right corner a menu will pop up
- Tap on Scan & Send
After following these steps, a request will be sent to Mailroom.
