Scan & Send - How to request for picture of package received via Mailroom through Shipd app?

Accessing information of packages received via Mailroom through Shipd app

Follow the below mentioned steps to request Scan & Scan feature:

  1. Login to your Shipd app
  2. On homepage tap on Track 
  3. Search for the package in the list below
  4. Tap on the intended package 
  5. Tap on the two dots in the top right corner a menu will pop up
  6. Tap on Scan & Send

After following these steps, a request will be sent to Mailroom.
