Scan & Send - How to request for picture of package received via Mailroom through the Shipd app?

Accessing information of packages received via Mailroom through the Shipd app

Follow the steps below to request Scan & Send feature:

  1. Login to your Shipd app
  2. On the homepage tap on Track 
  3. Search for the package in the list below
  4. Tap on the intended package 
  5. Tap on the two dots in the top right corner a menu will pop up
  6. Tap on Scan & Send

After following these steps, a request will be sent to Mailroom.
