Why am I getting a “Multiple Name/Match” error when scanning an item?

The multiple name/match error occurs when the app picks up the details of a recipient from the label and partially matches it to an existing recipient with a similar name.

Multiple name/match scans show up in the 'Scan Issues' tab of the 'Pending' section.

To resolve this scan issue, follow the steps provided below:

1. Tap on 'Scan Issues' tab from the 'Pending' section of the app.

2. Tap on the item with the 'multiple name' scan issue.

3. Choose the correct recipient from the suggested possible matches.


Note: You can also manually match the item by choosing from a list of recipients.
