Why am I getting a “Partial Match” error when scanning an item?

The partial match error occurs when the app picks up the details of a recipient from the label and partially matches it with an existing recipient with a similar name.

Partially matched scans show up in the 'Scan Issues' tab of the 'Pending' section.

To resolve this scan issue, follow the steps provided below:

Step 1: Tap on 'Scan Issues' tab from the 'Pending' section of the app.

Step 2: Tap on the item with a partial match scan issue.

Step 3: Choose the correct recipient from the suggested possible matches.

Note: You can also manually match the item by choosing from a list of recipients.
