      How can I avoid duplicate items?

      Barcode is the unique identifier for each item. To ensure that duplicate items are not scanned, the user can enable the barcode prompt from the settings as this will result in a prompt showing up every time the barcode isn't scanned.

      Follow the steps below:

      1. Go to the Side Menu of the app.

      2. Tap on Settings.

      3. Enable Barcode Prompt from the settings section.
