How can I set up my own mailroom flow?

You can now work with more than just one workflow. You can choose between and customize different workflows or create entirely new workflows according to your requirements.

To view different workflows, follow the steps given below:

Step 1: Go to 'Settings' from the side menu of the web dashboard. 

Step 2: From the 'Settings' page, click on 'Workflows.' 


Step 3: On the 'Workflows' section, you can view your current active workflows. To view more workflows, click on 'Templates'.

Step 4: Click on a workflow to preview, customize or activate it. You can also click on the Options Button icon next to it to do this quicker. 



To create a custom workflow, follow the steps below:

Step 1: From the 'Workflows' section, click on 'Custom Workflows'.

Step 2: Click on 'Create New Workflow'.

Step 3: Create your own workflow by adding steps your system needs to perform when scanning an inbound item. You can type the workflow title, description and add tags.


Step 4: Once you have set up your own customized workflow, click on 'Add Workflow' to save it.
