The recipients can be sent a reminder to pick up their items from the mailroom.
Remind Member of Package:
An item reminder can be sent through the item details.
Follow the steps below:

From the Main Screen, tap on the recipient to move into the Recipient Items tab.
- Select the item from the Recipient Items tab.
- Tap on the Remind option to send the recipient a reminder of their item in the mailroom.
Users can also set a reminder frequency from the dashboard. The details of which can be seen from Article.
