The Non Recipient issue occurs if an item is scanned for a recipient who is not registered in the building. The user can add the non recipient to the app or assign the item to an already existing recipient.
In Case of Non Recipient Issue:
Tap on the item under the scan issues tab.
Tap on the add recipient icon next to the scanned name.
- Fill in the relevant text fields to add the recipient and assign the item to that recipient.
